  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Coarse salt (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
  3. Roll out the pretzel dough and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the artichoke dip mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes
