- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Coarse salt (for topping)
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
- Roll out the pretzel dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a tablespoon of the artichoke dip mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
