  3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  6. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  7. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and shape.
  8. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet, add toppings, and bake for 12-15 minutes.

  • For a better crust, allow the dough to ferment in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
