  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and lightly golden.
