- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Add ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the beef and cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish. Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute tofu or mushrooms for the ground beef.
