Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  3. Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning.
  4. Coat each chicken breast first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
