  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the chopped apples, caramel sauce, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
