- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon.
- Fold in the diced apples and spread the mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top of the cheesecake layer.
