- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- Add the rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- Stir in half of the cheddar cheese until melted.
