- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cube the potatoes, then add to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the smoked sausage, ranch seasoning, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to combine.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
