Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage

A delicious blend of cheesy ranch potatoes and smoked sausage, perfect for a comforting meal.

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cube the potatoes, then add to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the smoked sausage, ranch seasoning, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to combine.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm.
