Classic Bacon Carbonara Pasta (Quick & Easy)

A quick and delightful recipe for classic bacon carbonara using turkey bacon.

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Drain spaghetti and quickly mix with bacon and garlic.
