  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon to create the streusel topping.
  8. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture, and add the remaining batter on top.
  9. Finish by sprinkling the rest of the cinnamon mixture and nuts over the top.
  10. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let cool before serving.
