  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 package frozen potstickers (about 1215 pieces)
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and soy sauce, bringing to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, add the frozen potstickers and reduce to a simmer, cooking for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped bok choy and green onions, simmering for an additional 2-3 minutes until the veggies are tender.
  5. Stir in the sesame oil before serving.
