Instructions

  1. Begin by washing the green beans and potatoes. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
  4. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the green beans to the potatoes, sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and stir well.
  6. Cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Return the crispy turkey bacon to the skillet, mix well, and serve hot.
