  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and no longer pink in the center.
  3. Add garlic, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth, bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cooked pasta and parmesan cheese, stirring until well coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
