- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste

- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
