A quick and easy pasta dish that combines creamy garlic sauce with tender chicken and parmesan for a delicious meal in just 30 minutes.

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Lower the heat and add grated parmesan cheese, whisking until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked fettuccine with the sauce and chicken, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
