  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until well combined.
  5. Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix until well coated. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parmesan if desired.
