Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta

  • 12 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  4. Reduce heat to low, stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and mix until smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta, crumbled turkey bacon, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
