- 12 ounces bowtie pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.
