- 1 cup diced onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup ditalini pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
- Pour in chicken broth and add diced tomatoes, bring to a simmer.
