  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the corn, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
