  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup egg noodles

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the beef stew meat in the slow cooker.
  2. Add chopped onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour in beef broth until the meat is covered.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. During the last 30 minutes, add egg noodles and stir well.
  6. Cook until noodles are tender.
