Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
  2. Add thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until vegetables are soft.
  4. During the last 30 minutes, add egg noodles and stir.
