Dump-and-Bake Chicken Parmesan Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 ounces pasta, uncooked
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the cooked chicken, marinara sauce, and uncooked pasta.
  3. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  4. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
