- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add sliced beef and brown on all sides. Remove from pot.
- Add onions and mushrooms, cooking until soft.
- Stir in garlic and then sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring to combine.

- Return beef to the pot and cover. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream just before serving.
