  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions)
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add cheese, chopped vegetables, turkey bacon, chicken ham, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie or quiche dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
