- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup diced onions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and taco seasoning.
- Add half of the enchilada sauce to the beef mixture.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and pour the remaining enchilada sauce on top.
