Easy Ground Beef Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup diced onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and taco seasoning.
  3. Add half of the enchilada sauce to the beef mixture.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and roll them up.
  5. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and pour the remaining enchilada sauce on top.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake for 20 minutes.

Notes

  • For a spicier flavor, add jalapeños.
  • These enchiladas can be frozen for later use.
