  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same pot, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and penne pasta. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
