Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water and drain.
  2. In a saucepan, combine quinoa and vegetable broth; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  4. Fluff quinoa with a fork.

  6. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
