Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk, letting them soak for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. After 10 minutes, add sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla to the oat mixture.
  5. Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Let cool before serving.
