- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk, letting them soak for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- After 10 minutes, add sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla to the oat mixture.
- Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.
