- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup Florida Orange Juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugars, and eggs until fluffy.
- Stir in the pumpkin puree and Florida Orange Juice.
- In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in chopped nuts if using.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, mix ingredients for the streusel and sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before glazing with the orange glaze.
