- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
- Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan until well combined.
- Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a tablespoon of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra kick, add some hot sauce to the beef mixture.
