Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe

Delicious and indulgent garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs that are perfect for any occasion!

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan until well combined.
  5. Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  6. Place a tablespoon of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
  7. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra kick, add some hot sauce to the beef mixture.
  • These can be frozen before baking and cooked when you’re ready.
