- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, salt, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the flour until just incorporated.
- Divide the batter into prepared ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are set but the center is soft.
