  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, instant yeast, oregano, and basil.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch down the risen dough and fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese.
