  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
