  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate flank steak with sesame oil, soy sauce, gochujang, and brown sugar for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the marinated steak over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  3. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
