- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; chop.
- In a large bowl, combine macaroni, bacon, cheese, milk, and seasonings.
- Stuff each pepper with the macaroni mixture.
