  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; chop.
  4. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, bacon, cheese, milk, and seasonings.
  5. Stuff each pepper with the macaroni mixture.
  6. Place peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some diced jalapeños to the filling.
  • Top with more cheese before baking for a cheesier dish.
