Ingredients

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Crush Oreo cookies and place a spoonful at the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream and mix until combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crusts in the liners.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the centers are set.
  8. Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For extra indulgence, top with additional whipped cream and crushed Oreos.
