Mouthwatering S’mores Loaf Cake

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with milk, until the mixture is smooth.
  6. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
