- 2 cups sauerkraut
- 1 pound pork
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, combine sauerkraut, pork, mustard, honey, and caraway seeds.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve warm.

- Can be served with bread or potatoes.
- Leftovers taste even better the next day.
