My German friend taught me this dish, and my hubby has been requesting it weekly since!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sauerkraut
  • 1 pound pork
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine sauerkraut, pork, mustard, honey, and caraway seeds.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
  4. Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Can be served with bread or potatoes.
  • Leftovers taste even better the next day.
