  • 8 slices bread
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking dish and layer the bread slices on the bottom.
  2. Top with blueberries and cooked turkey bacon.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries.
  5. Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set and golden.
