Instructions

  1. Cut the challah bread into thick slices and arrange them in a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Pour the mixture over the bread slices and press down lightly to soak.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
