  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, diced bell peppers, diced onions, provolone cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • This meatloaf can be served with a side of mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
  • For extra cheesy flavor, top the meatloaf with additional provolone cheese during the last 10 minutes of baking.
