1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 cup diced bell peppers
1 cup diced onions
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, diced bell peppers, diced onions, provolone cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until cooked through.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
This meatloaf can be served with a side of mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
For extra cheesy flavor, top the meatloaf with additional provolone cheese during the last 10 minutes of baking.
