1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Combine buttermilk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix pretzel crumbs and shredded cheddar cheese.
