  • 2 cups crushed pretzels

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In one bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the crushed pretzels.
  5. Dip each chicken breast first in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally in the pretzel coating.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. In a saucepan, combine mustard, cream, and cheddar cheese over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
