  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fill the donut pan with the batter and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Let the donuts cool before glazing.
  7. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, brown sugar, and a splash of milk to create the glaze.
  8. Dunk each donut in the glaze and let set on a wire rack.
