Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugars, milk, oil, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fill the donut pan with the batter and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Allow donuts to cool before frosting.
  7. For the frosting, mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
