  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix powdered sugar and softened cream cheese until smooth. Spread over the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in the whipped topping and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with chopped pecans if desired, then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
