Quick Chicken Pot Pie Pasta

A delicious and quick recipe for chicken pot pie pasta featuring turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir until combined.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon to the skillet. Mix well.
  5. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Cook for 5-10 minutes over medium heat.
  6. If desired, sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to use any leftover cooked chicken.
  • This dish can be made with gluten-free pasta as well.
