- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- In a large pan, heat the butter over medium heat.
