  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pita bread
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Warm pita bread in the oven for the last 5 minutes of chicken cooking.
