- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken ham, sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a greased sheet pan.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, then add turkey bacon, chicken ham, and olives.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Slice and serve hot.
